Just finished painting this resin youngling lightsaber today. It's a small cute saber which is about the size of our palm.
Mine
It took me quite a lot of time to clean the mold debris and some bubble. Have to sand it down and use putty to filled the hole......blah blah blah...
Then aply the primer, flat black spry paint, dry brush for the silver parts for the weathered metal looking, and final finsh with some acrylic paint.....
It's not that difficult, but need some time comsuming. and also bcoz this saber has heavily weathered looking, so you don't need to paint it very perfect. That's a good thing.
